It seems that all the Heineken’s we poored down him last month haven’t done Bernado Samper any harm as he took his second PSA World title since visiting Bermuda for an exhibition in September!!

The event will run from Nov 16-21st at the BSRA, it is open to all standards of squash player, is great fun and will be a fantastic event to be part of so visit the official AF Smith Tournament page and download an entry form NOW!!

You may have missed it, but the BSRA is asking for your opinion on several areas about our club and working hard to understand the membership profile. One of the key ways of doing this is our first annual BSRA Member Survey, which was launched last Friday.
For those members who have already completed a survey (over 40 of you!) – THANK YOU!!!
Your responses, especially the specific written comments, provided great feedback and will help drive the continued improvement of our club.
For those of you who haven’t completed the survey: please take 15 minutes out of your busy schedules to run through the survey. The survey can be anonymous, as you are not required to provide your name. However – if you do provide your name (and you’re a current BSRA member), you will be entered in a drawing to win a brunch voucher at the Princess! AND… if we get over 100 surveys completed we will enter you for a draw to win 10 court stickers!

Please note that only ONE survey per member may be completed and entered in the drawing. Kids meet the pro’s…

Former World # 1 player John White and Columbian star Bernado Samper spent 2 hours with Bermuda’s junior squash players recently holding a coaching clinic at the BSRA.
Local kids had the chance to get some tips, play the pro’s, ask questions, get autographs and photographs…

On a fantastic night at the BSRA Bernado Samper, the current Columbian #2 defeated former World #1 John White 10-12, 11-7, 11-7, 7-11, 11-9.
A packed crowd also saw Micah Franklin defeat Mel Caines in the warm up match 11-8, 11-6
