Kyme wins Plate event at Commonwealth Games 2010

After losing in the opening round to World #50 and Scottish #1 Alan Clyne Kyme competed in the plate events beating Henry Birch of Guernsey, Joe Chapman of BVI and Bruce Burrowes of Jamaica.

Squash Cancelled this weekend due to Hurricane Igor

Due to Hurricane Igor’s arrival we have decided to cancel the BSRA Junior Program this weekend. There will be NO Saturday Junior Squash, NO Sunday National Squads.
Decisions as to whether the BSRA club will be totally closed over the weekend will be made tomorrow.
With any luck we will hopefully be able to begin the term with Boys Under 11’s Youth Club on Tuesday 21st Sept and go forward from there.

The BSRA is pleased to announce the draws for the first ever Bda Blueprinting Team Championships to be held Tuesday 21st-Saturday 25th September.

24 teams, 78 players, 2 divisions, 5 days of play, 1 party! It should be fun!
Bda Blueprinting are also planning lots of fun through the event with free givaways, a chance to win prizes such as an Apple TV or a squash racquets and many other great prizes.
The first matches are scheduled for Tuesday 21st September at 6.00pm and should hopefully not be affected by Hurricane Igor… Check back regularly for any updates about the tournament which will be posted here.
In the event of no power at the club on Monday & Tuesday next week we can still start the tournament on Wednesday 22nd. Please see the draws below in the event that this is the case.

The BSRA is proud to announce the newest event on the BSRA calendar the Bermuda Blueprinting Team Squash Championships 2010. The event will run from 18-25th Septemeber and is open to players of all standards and BSRA membership is not required. Please donload an entry form below for more information.
