Men’s Doubles miss medal by a few points

Gibraltar continues to haunt Bermuda as they fought back in the deciding game to capture the bronze medal. Adam Newnhan playing the right side for Gibraltar mixed in some fantastic gets and soft touch mounting a comeback late in the match. Franklin and Stout played steady but couldn’t hold off Gibraltar’s pressure on the big points in the final game.

Laura Robinson and Juliette Macomb lost a heartbreaker 15-14 in the deciding game to Isle of Man for 5th place. Juliette was carving some amazing volley drops while Laura added pace to the rallies as well as some great retrieval.

Friday is the final day of competition which includes Micah Franklin and Laura Robinson teaming up for mixed doubles.
