BSRA Online Booking arrives….
Posted by Pat Foster on 13-Apr-2011Categories: News Comments: [comments closed]
It’s Here!!
Now I know you think we have been pulling your leg, BUT I am pleased to announce that we are going to be launching the Online booking on Monday 25th April.
We will be running two information sessions here at the Club on Thursday 14th and Wednesday 20th April from 6 o’clock onwards. If you can’t make it down on those days don’t worry, it’s pretty simple.
In the course of the next week or so you will be receiving details of the website address plus your own log in details.
Getting the Online booking system has honestly taken a lot longer than any of us envisaged; but we had to get it right.
There has been hours of testing the system to get it right and a big thanks to Bill Dickinson and Joe Budzynski for all their help.
As none of the committee members are software developers and in particular none of us have implemented an online booking system, please be patient as we work through the first few weeks of the system.
You will find that all the booking rules we presently have are still the same. Below are some of the core features.
Book a court anywhere that internet access to www.bermudasquash.com is available. A link on our homepage will take you to the online application
Pay online via a valid credit card that is currently accepted at the club
Purchase bulk court time in the amounts of $40.00 and $100.00 for the convenience of not having to pull out your credit card each time you want to book an $8.00 court OR pay for one court at a time when you book it
Create “buddy” or “play groups” inside the system to store the people you play with often or want on your distribution list
Set reminders so that you are notified/reminded that you have a court
Self manage your contact info inside the application for any changes to email and contact phone numbers and access password
During token time, you will be able to book a court online but won’t be required to pay for it as you will still need to purchase and use tokens as you do currently
Remember, if it were drop dead simple, a system would have been implemented years ago!
It may take a bit of getting used to; but I am sure that it will not cause too many problems.
However; please do not hesitate to contact me when we are “live” with any questions you may have.
Regards & Happy Squashing

Club Manager
