Entry Fee
The entry fee is $100USD per player and accompanying officials (coach and manager).
Travel
American Airlines have a direct flight from Miami (AA308 arriving Bermuda and AA1325 departing Bermuda). For ease of travel, we suggest as many people as possible try to arrive on this flight. However, the flight arrives at 8.35pm, so we suggest arrival on July 9. Departure on July 20 is at the very civilized time of 10.20am, which should hopefully provide arrival in time for your connection home. Currency
The Bermuda dollar is matched to the US dollar. Both US and Bermuda dollars are widely accepted.
Accommodation
As is usually the case with Junior CASA we will try to host the participants wherever possible. For us to be able to guarantee host accommodation we request that you contact us before March 31, with how many of your team will require host accommodation. Host accommodation is available for 7 boys, 7 girls, 1 manager and 1 coach per country. For those countries who don’t require host accommodation we are providing the following details.
WARNING – July is peak season for tourism in Bermuda and with a recent resurgence in tourism and a shortage of hotel beds, it can be very difficult to secure hotel accommodation, particularly for groups. For this reason we strongly suggest booking hotel accommodations as early as possible.
The official tournament hotel will be Grotto Bay Beach Resort (http://www.grottobay.com/index.html). This resort is conveniently situated between the airport and venue. They will also allow up to four people per room, making for affordable accommodation.

Additional Players and Entourage
Wherever possible we will allow countries to bring extra players to compete in the individual championships. To be included in the meals with the team these extra players will be required to pay an entry fee of $150. This fee will also apply to any parents or other entourage who wish to be included in the meals. Inclusion in any of the functions will also incur an extra fee.
